Using Kubi
To activate Kubi, you must affirmatively accept these terms. You must have authority to use any account or information you connect. If you use Kubi for another person or organization, you must have their permission. Do not impersonate others or connect accounts without authorization.
What the service does
Kubi helps with questions, messages, documents, reminders, and supported actions in services you connect. Features may be experimental or available only to invited users. Availability, language support, integrations, and capabilities may change. Connecting an account grants only the permissions presented during authorization; you may revoke access.
AI limitations and important decisions
Kubi is AI, not a human professional. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Review important information and verify consequential actions, recipients, dates, amounts, and documents. Kubi does not guarantee that a reminder will arrive or that an external action will succeed. It is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for urgent help, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or financial decisions.
Your instructions and connected services
You are responsible for the instructions you give and for having the rights needed to use submitted content. Some actions may send information or make changes in external services. Third-party terms and availability also apply, including Google and WhatsApp terms. A service connection may stop working if access expires, is revoked, or the provider changes its service. Do not share passwords or one-time security codes in ordinary chat.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kubi for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, privacy violations, spam, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to access another user’s information, defeat access controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us to process, store, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate the service, carry out your instructions, and meet the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated output may not be unique and may require review before use. These terms do not grant Kubi ownership of your content.
Fees and purchases
Any paid plan, fee, or purchase must be presented separately before you agree to it. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. Any applicable cancellation, refund, or mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
Stopping use and deleting data
You may stop using Kubi and disconnect connected accounts at any time. To request account or data deletion, contact support@heykubi.ai. Disconnection and deletion are different; see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details. We may discontinue or change service features and will provide notice where reasonably practicable or legally required.
Responsibility
The service is offered subject to availability and the limits of current AI technology. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and privacy protections.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will communicate material changes through the website or an appropriate service channel. Israeli law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to you. Questions or complaints: support@heykubi.ai.
